Abstract
â¿¢Group-IVA doped ZnO were investigated by first principle calculations.â¿¢For group-IVA doped ZnO, Si doped ZnO has higher transmittance in visible region and UV region.â¿¢Intraband transition causes the reduction of visible region transmittance.
