Abstract
- Blue (Sr, Ba)5(PO4)3Cl:Ce3+ phosphors shows broader emission.
- Substitution of Ba2+ for Sr2+ ions causes highest disorder.
- It leads to the spectral broadening with a half width of 95.5Â nm.
- Blue emission is 80% thermally maintained at 100 °C.
- UV-pumped white LED was simulated so as to achieve a high CRI of 74 at white point.
