Abstract
- The quenching rate coefficients of metastable molecular nitrogen in collisions with CO and N2 molecules are calculated.
- Quantum-chemical Landau-Zener and Rosen-Zener approximations are applied in the calculation.
- Intermolecular electron energy transfer processes are considered.
- Reasonable agreement with experimental data is shown.
- The influence of vibrational excitation of target molecules on the constants is studied.
