Abstract
â¿¢RTFM was found in undoped and Mn doped t-ZrO2 nanostructures.â¿¢Mn doping reduces the magnetization in t-ZrO2 nanostructures.â¿¢The RTFM is explained in terms of coupling constant â¿¿Jâ¿¿ calculated using DFT.â¿¢Oxygen vacancy mediated Zrâ¿¿Zr FM coupling is mainly responsible for RTFM in t-ZrO2.â¿¢Zrâ¿¿Mn AFM interaction results paramagnetic nature in t-ZrO2 at higher doping of Mn.
