Abstract
Dependence of (A) P-E hysteresis loops and (B) The remnant polarization Pr and coercive field Ec of the BTS thin films on water dosage H2O/Ti (x), a: x = 4.0, b: x = 2.0, c: x = 0.3, d: x = 1.0. The optimum ferroelectric properties were achieved at the point of x = 2.0, while the BTS thin films exhibits a remnant polarization of 25 μC/cm2 and a lower Ec value of 47 kV/cm.
