Abstract
- The adsorption characteristics of H2S and NH3 on CoO nanowire molecular device are studied.
- The adsorption of H2S and NH3 are discussed in terms of density of states, transmission and V-I characteristics.
- The V-I characteristics curve shows decrease in current along CoO nanowire device upon the adsorption of H2S and NH3.
- The CoO molecular device is more selective towards H2S gas than NH3 gas.
