Abstract
- ZnO nanorods were electrodeposited on solar cells with controllable lengths.
- Optical qualities of ZnO nanorods were improved by decreasing surface/volume ratio.
- 67% light loss were suppressed by ZnO nanorods as antireflective coatings.
- Antireflective effects were optimized by morphology engineering of ZnO nanorods.
- Growth of ZnO nanorods were accelerated by increase of NH4NO3 concentration.
