Abstract
- CuO-In2O3 nanocomposites were processed through a facile wet chemical approach.
- Their nature of charge carriers/carrier density was determined using impedance plots.
- Heterojunction diodes based on p-CuO-In2O3/n-Si architectures were fabricated by drop casting.
- The corresponding diode characteristics revealed an excellent rectifying behaviour.
