Abstract
- Electrospray ionization mass spectrometry was used for characterization of cation-Ï interaction.
- Cation Ag+ forms with [6]helicene (C26H16) the complex [Ag(C26H16)]+.
- By employing DTF calculations, the most probable structure of the proven complex [Ag(C26H16)]+ was derived.
