Abstract
- The nano-topography of single- and double-stranded DNA functionalized Au surfaces is studied.
- The fractal dimension of DNA functionalized Au surfaces is quantitatively estimated.
- 2D PSDA based method was employed to evaluate the fractal dimension.
- The results indicate a topographical conforming effect of the DNA films towards a two-dimensional flat surface.
