Abstract
Boron-doped carbon nanotubes were fabricated upon decay of ethyl alcohol and boric acid via catalytic chemical vapor deposition. The boron-doped nanotubes were characterized by microscopic and spectroscopic techniques, and their electrochemical performance towards ferrocyanide/ferricyanide was studied in temperature range of 283.15-303.15Â K.
