Abstract
The figure shows the photocurrent J-V curves and dark current J-V curves of DMSO-based PbI2 film (Sample A3) perovskite solar cells. The top efficiency is 6.63% and the lowest efficiency is 5.52%. The results indicate the efficiencies of DMSO-based PbI2 film perovskite solar cells are stable, which attributes to the optimized perovskite layer that PbI2 is fully converted into CH3NH3PbI3 with uniform distributed crystal perovskite films due to the use of DMSO. The modified sequential method contributes to get higher power conversion efficiency of ZnO NRs-based perovskite solar cells.
