Abstract
- UV response properties of ZnO NRs deposited with different SILAR cycles of CuSCN were investigated.
- After CuSCN deposition, the UV sensitivity and the response speed were improved.
- The self-powered UV photoresponse properties were observed as the number of SILAR deposition cycles reaches 120.
- Self-powered behavior can be attributed to the photovoltaic effect of ZnO/CuSCN heterojunctions.
