Abstract
- Six representative symmetrical ferrocenyl Schiff base materials were designed, synthesized and characterized.
- Optical properties and activity and structure relationships for these obtained compounds were investigated.
- DFWM technique was used to measure the optical properties of the compounds.
- The results show that the compounds have potential nonlinear optical applications.
