Abstract
- Chemiluminescence of γ-irradiated polytetrafluoroethylene powder was measured.
- Series first-order reactions were assumed to explain the time evolution.
- Rate constants for the reactions were determined by least-squares fitting.
- Activation energy was derived from the temperature dependence of rate constants.
- Dissociation energy of the OO bond was evaluated by the DFT calculation.
