Abstract
- Electron transfer has been studied between coumarin dyes and 5-fluorouracil.
- Electron transfer has been performed in bulk water and aqueous AOT reverse micelle.
- Electron transfer rate constant (kq) in reverse micelle is higher than in water.
- Among four coumarin dyes Coumarin-440 shows higher kq values in both media.
