Abstract
- CYP3A4 and CYP3A5 form complexes with cytochromes b5.
- Kinetic and equilibrium dissociation constants were determined by the SPR biosensor.
- Essential distinctions were only observed upon the interaction of the CYPs with b5om.
- Cytochrome b5mc stimulates the electrocatalytic activity of CYP3A4 to testosterone.
