Abstract
- Graphene films have been grown by CVD from alcohol precursors.
- Atmospheric pressure conditions and a highly diluted mixture of Ar-H2 have been used.
- SEM, TEM and Raman spectroscopy have been used to characterize the graphene films.
- Mono- and highly decoupled bi- layer films can be produced using this simple method.
