Abstract
- CdSe/CdS magic-sized quantum dots were synthesized in aqueous solutions.
- Quantum dots were functionalized with carboxyl or hydroxyl groups.
- AFM and FTIR techniques were applied for quantum dots characterization.
- Thermo-optical characterizations were performed in magic-sized quantum dots.
- High radiative quantum efficiency values for the quantum dots were obtained.
