Abstract
- Nonlinear absorption of BuPc2Dy was studied with open aperture Z-scan method.
- Illumination of the sample was done at 532Â nm with 350Â ps pulses.
- There are two channels of excitation relating to absorption by BV and Q bands.
- A new theoretical approach was proposed to describe two-channel excitation.
- Excited state lifetimes and Q-band fluorescence quantum yield were determined.
