Abstract
- Ag nanoparticles loaded on zeolite was developed as an inorganic matrix for LDI.
- Produced matrix could be an efficient Ag+ donor to ionize analyte.
- Zeolite worked as a heat bath to prevent the destruction of Ag nanoparticles.
- Biological active substances with low molecular weight were clearly ionized.
- Compounds in human serum were also ionized and detected.
