Abstract
For nanostrcutured Sb-doped SnO2 film, photoluminescence (PL) bands for different charged states of oxygen vacancies appeared at â¼420, â¼485, â¼530Â nm while a broad shoulder below 400Â nm appeared for the free excitons generated from two different types of nanoclusters; schematic transition states have been proposed to elucidate the absorption and emission behaviors.48
