Abstract
- Kinetic of dissociative adsorption has been studied, theoretically.
- The first solution for Langmuir rate equation of dissociative adsorption is provided.
- A simple rate equation for dissociative adsorption at solid surfaces is derived based on Langmuir rate model.
- It is shown that both theoretical and experimental data confirmed applicability of the new derived rate equation.
