Abstract
- N-doped TiO2 after calcination and after electron beam irradiation are studied.
- The Raman spectroscopy and UV-Vis are applied.
- Enhancement of Raman signals is observed for N-doped TiO2 in comparison with TiO2.
- N-doped TiO2 are photocatalytically active in phenol degradation under visible light.
