Abstract
⺠Electric properties of polyglycines in α-helix conformations were studied. ⺠We calculated dipole moments and static electronic (hyper)polarizabilities. ⺠Computations were performed using the long-range corrected CAM-B3LYP DFT level. ⺠Evolution of the properties with the chain length was investigated.
