Abstract
⺠Hydrogen bonding of NMF with DMSO and water has been investigated. ⺠The NMF-DMSO hydrogen bond is significantly shorter and stronger than the NMF-water. ⺠The NMF-solvent dimers are much more stable in the NMF-DMSO mixture. ⺠The DMSO molecules dislocate the molecules of water bonded to the amine hydrogen.
