Abstract
⺠We research the thermoelectric properties of Bi2Te3-based with double variables. ⺠Bi2âxSbxTe3 is synthesized by a new method of high pressure and high temperature. ⺠We present an optimal carrier concentration range (3.4 Ã 1019-3.8 Ã 1019 cmâ3). ⺠The power factor can be enhanced if carrier concentration is in this range.
