Abstract
► We research the thermoelectric properties of Bi2Te3-based with double variables. ► Bi2−xSbxTe3 is synthesized by a new method of high pressure and high temperature. ► We present an optimal carrier concentration range (3.4 × 1019-3.8 × 1019 cm−3). ► The power factor can be enhanced if carrier concentration is in this range.
