Abstract
⺠Generation of Xe10+ (I.P. â¼Â 200 eV) using 532 nm laser of intensity â¼109 W/cm2. ⺠Threshold cluster size estimated to be n ⩽ 50 for generation of Xeq+ (q = 2-10). ⺠Kinetic energy of multiply charged Xe ions increase with cluster size. ⺠Threshold laser intensity for generation of Xeq+ ions decrease with cluster size.
