Abstract
⺠Trapping states in Ce3+ in SrHfO3 are studied by TSL in a wide temperature range. ⺠Energy of thermal ionization of the excited state of Ce3+ in SrHfO3 is determined. ⺠Original approach recently introduced for single crystals now tested on powders.
