Abstract
⺠The dielectric response of IF-WS2 nanoparticles and 2H-WS2 particles is studied. ⺠The effective dielectric constant is found to increase with temperature. ⺠With frequency, the IF-WS2 has a higher loss factor at 912 MHz at 400-650 °C. ⺠The microstructure and thermal stability examined are correlated with the property. ⺠The different dielectric response is attributed to the conductivity and structure.
