Abstract
⺠A coupled photochromic dimer is produced from the monomer at elevated concentrations. ⺠We compare the photophysics of dimer and monomer. ⺠Through bond electronic coupling leads to a bathochromic shift. ⺠The photoreactivity is fully maintained in the dimer configuration.
