Abstract
⺠An exact method was designed to recover orbital relaxation to infinite order. ⺠It can be used for electron ionized, attached, and excited states. ⺠It is demonstrated for core ionizations, where relaxation is the largest perturbation. ⺠It has been implemented in the parallel computer code, ACESIII.
