Abstract
⺠Parameter-dependent saturation of intraband absorption in dot has been achieved. ⺠Saturation intensity is found to be 0.7-1.2 MW/cm2 in the range of the parameters. ⺠Relaxation time has an important impact on the intensity of the absorption peak.
