Abstract
⺠Nonthermal chemicurrents induced by H2 adsorption on Pt/SiC nanostructures shown. ⺠The process occurs at normal gas pressure and room temperature conditions. ⺠Thermal effect is reproduced by N2 admission with no resultant current observed. ⺠Chemicurrents of this type help to understand H2 evolution on catalytic surfaces.
