Abstract
⺠We measured the spin relaxation time in graphene by pulse electron spin resonance. ⺠The conduction electrons were found to be exchange coupled to the localized spins. ⺠The effective spin relaxation time of the coupled system was of order of 0.1-1 μs. ⺠The spin relaxation time of conduction electrons was found to be of order of 30 ns.
