Abstract
⺠Zn1âxMnxTe NC have been synthesized by fusion in a glass template. ⺠The RS spectra were signatures of Mn2+ incorporation in the dot structure. ⺠The MFM images confirm the formation Zn1âxMnxTe NCs in the PZABP glass matrix. ⺠EPR spectra shows the presence of Mn-ions inside structure and near the dot surface. ⺠These results encourage research for device applications operating in the UV range.
