Abstract
⺠CdSe quantum dots were introduced as an interlayer in the P3HT/TiO2 nanorod arrays hybrid solar cells. ⺠CdSe interlayer provides enhanced light absorption and charge-carrier transfer efficiency. ⺠The efficiency of P3HT/CdSe/TiO2 nanorod arrays cell is greatly higher than that of P3HT/TiO2 cell.
