Abstract
⺠Enhanced fluorescence from nucleotides and G-quadruplex DNA near Pt nanoparticles. ⺠Pt nanostructures increase the photostability of nucleic acids. ⺠FEM calculations revealed enhancement dependent on Pt particle size and shape. ⺠Pt nanostructured substrates for label free nucleic acid detection.
