Abstract
⺠New metal organic framework is synthesised. ⺠The copper paddle-wheel building unit of the MOF gives arise to an excited triplet state which is detectible by cw EPR. ⺠The copper in the dimer units are strongly coupled with an antiferromagnetic exchange coupling.
