Abstract
⺠Partial fluorescence yield L-edge XAS applied on aqueous Co2+ using micro-jet. ⺠Metal-to-water charge transfer is of the origin of the non-radiative channel at the L-edge. ⺠Quenched fluorescence at the L-edge leads to a dip in the total-fluorescence-yield.
