Abstract
⺠Analytical theory of geminate recombination in heterojunction systems is presented. ⺠Survival probability of geminate electron-hole pairs decays as tâ1 at long times. ⺠Analytical results are confirmed by kinetic Monte Carlo simulations. ⺠Explanation is given for the increased escape probability in heterojunction systems.
