Abstract
⺠Phase transition of Mo nanowires confined in low-dimensional nanospace is examined. ⺠Concentric and crystalline nanowire is formed in thin and thick cylindrical spaces, respectively. ⺠Confinement and size effects dominate the solidification and melting points, respectively.
