Abstract
⺠Thermoluminescence evolves in heavily F-doped semiconducting SnO2 nanocrystals. ⺠This is attributed to the creation of F-centers in the system. ⺠Analysis of the glow curves yielded a major trap of activation energy 1 eV. ⺠After UV irradiation for few minutes, generation of deeper traps occurred in SnO2:F.
