Abstract
► We produce the jet-cooled 2-chloro-m-xylyl radical by corona discharge. ► We observe the visible vibronic emission spectra of the 2-chloro-m-xylyl radical. ► We determine the spectroscopic data on the electronic transition and vibrational modes. ► This is the first report of this radical in any spectral region.
