Abstract
⺠Molecular dynamics simulations on double-stranded DNA attached to SWCNTs. ⺠SWCNT accelerates the disruption of short dsDNA sequences, which stick the nanotube. ⺠Longer dsDNA attached to SWCNT do not melt on the short time scale simulated. ⺠The interaction between SWCNT and dsDNA induces a destabilization in longer dsDNA.
