Abstract
⺠Theory of electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS). ⺠There are cases where fast reactions are never visible in EIS. ⺠A case is that the relaxation of electrode potential is slow. ⺠Another case is that the electrochemical contribution of fast reactions is weak. ⺠Visible parameters are the Schur complements of relaxation matrix of fast reactions.
