Abstract
⺠Luminescence spectroscopy was applied to glycine, alanine, serine and threonine. ⺠Their dicyclohexylamine salts showed strong thermal luminescence bands. ⺠CH3 and OH groups on the side chain induced blue and red shifts, respectively. ⺠Luminescence spectroscopy could be established as a new molecular spectroscopy.
