Abstract
⺠Significantly longer on and off durations are observed in TPD relative to PMMA. ⺠Deviation from power-law behavior occurs for on and off times and in both matrices. ⺠The observed trends are consistent with accessibility to charge-trapping states. ⺠The observed trends are consistent with extrinsic hole density in TPD.
