Abstract
⺠We synthesize water-soluble of gold nanoparticles (AuNPs) by gas-liquid interfacial discharge plasma in association with DNA. ⺠DNA conjugation on AuNPs makes AuNPs soluble and stable in water. ⺠Size and assembly of AuNPs can be tuned by DNA type and concentration.
