Abstract
⺠Na-doped ZnO nanorod arrays (ZnO:Na NRAs) were prepared with different Na contents. ⺠The XRD simulation results well agreed with the experimental data of ZnO:Na NRAs. ⺠The XRD pattern could be a convenient way to judge the Na-doping effect in ZnO.
